This small, yet charming cabin is cozy, quaint and perfect for your next mountain getaway. Get away from it all and unplug a bit - get outdoors and enjoy! Inside you will find two seperate sleeping areas but not an official private bedroom. It is a great cabin for a couples getaway, a small family or even paired with one of the larger cabins to allow more sleeping space. The first bed is a queen that is just off the small living area and the other is a twin bed which has its own entrance/exit to the porch. There is one small bathroom with a shower (no tub). One thing that many guests love about Apsen Grove is that it gets great morning sun and the front porch just soaks it up - so it is a favorite place to enjoy a cup of coffee until the fish start biting down on the Rio.

Meadow Manor is hands down one of the guest favorites. It is great for larger groups and families, but is also popular among couples too. This larger cabin features 3 bedrooms, one of which is a master loft with a large bath tub (no shower) in the bathroom. Downstairs there are two bedrooms, one with direct porch access with two twin beds and the other with a full size bed. Downstairs there is a bathroom with a shower (no tub). This cabin is often rented with another smaller cabin for larger families or groups (think family reunion) as it has a larger open living room and kitchen and large dining room table with gorgeous views for a group to gather. Of course it is rented on its own too and is a versatile cabin for whatever you need. Step out onto the deck and enjoy the fresh air, or hit the trail and be back in time to sit around the fire and cook up a big hearty meal! Bring your outdoor toys or some games - but overall, just enjoy the fresh mountain air at just below 10,000 feet where the views alone will knock your socks off. Because this cabin is so versatile and sleeps several people, we have a price range depending on how many guests stay. The base rate includes 6 guests.

We allow up to 2 dogs with a pet fee. Please let us know if advance if your furry friend will be joining you! Dogs cannot be left unattended in the cabin without you. If they are crate trained, you may bring your crate to keep them safe if you are away from your cabin.

Cliff Dweller is the perfect off-grid launching pad for all of your high mountain adventures. Sleeping up to a maximum of 8, (although priced for and ideal for up to 6) there is enough room for the whole family to rest, but not too much space to loose the rustic and cozy atmosphere. This cabin is private and a little more secluded than a few of our other cabins, but still offers community within the main ranch property. Cliff Dweller features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a full size. There are 2 full size beds above the common area, open - yet slightly above the living and dining area. This cabin is a good choice if you've got some kids needing to be close together, or even hunting and fishing escapades as there are 4 separate beds.
